Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Clariflow, operated by AL-IT Services (KBO/BCE TBD, VAT TBD, TBD, TBD TBD, Belgium). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clariflow is an AI-assisted advisor that recommends business automation tools and approaches based on the answers you provide. It is intended for professional use by businesses and self-employed users.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind your business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You will not (a) use the Service unlawfully, (b) attempt to bypass security or rate limits, (c) submit personal data of third parties without a lawful basis, (d) attempt to extract our prompts, models, or other intellectual property, or (e) use the Service to build a competing product.

4. AI output disclaimer

Reports generated by Clariflow are produced by Large Language Models and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. They are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations before acting on them.

5. Pricing & subscription

The Service is currently offered with a free tier. Paid tiers, when introduced, will be described on the pricing page and may be billed monthly or annually. Belgian VAT applies where required.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Where you contract as a consumer within the meaning of Belgian Code of Economic Law Book VI, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use a paid Service within that period, you expressly request immediate execution and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, prompts, scoring logic, and branding. You retain all rights in the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your content as needed to provide and improve the Service.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk, with reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) EUR 100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought exclusively before the courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
